You must be available to be at the church on distribution day and time to pickup your food because we do not have storage room for unclaimed food. Orders not picked up by the times specified above will be considered forfeited and given to a needy family. No refunds or credits.

The time of day for distribution is subject to change due to the nature of the transportation of the food. If you understand that there may be delays and changes in time and that you must be available for pickup regardless of any changes, we would love to serve you in this new and exciting ministry

There may be times that due to circumstances beyond our control we could run short of items in the main menu or even the specials, but we'll do everything in our power to get them for you ASAP if they were inadvertently sent to another host site.

If it is a true shortage, we will keep your information and Angel Food will send your replacements on the next pick up date. Another thing to remember is that often Angel Food will substitute items on the main menu - many times the substitute will be of greater value than the item it replaced.

Angel Food Ministries reserves the right to substitute any of the menu items due to availability, cost and quality.
